MCC Louisville

Our History

MCC Louisville is part of Metropolitan Churches and began in 1972, as a Bible study in the home of two lesbians.

Between 1974 and 1988, we experienced the hospitality of affirming churches and a community center extending opportunities for worship spaces.

In 1988 and in 1996, we owned our own buildings on Bank St. and the Highlands.

Our current worship location is in the

St. Andrew UCC.
